This was a prolific day - the last two posts PLUS the next one show mandalas all done on the same day.
This was one of "filling space". It was pre-valentine's day, and I was planning to make valentine's for my family, so somehow this was on my mind - and emerged, again largely on it's own. I started with the heart and the xoxoxo border. Then filled in the rest. In our family, many notes, emails, even texts are signed xoxoxo. At Christmas, my three girls know that any package signed from xoxoxo are from me (and their dad).
So, it's just fun!
I was showing this to someone, and they asked if it was the seal of a particular church/organization (I don't remember which one now). Fun to hear what others see at first glance !!!
